Zenxin collaborates with LingZhi Vegetarian Restaurant to create the Limited Edition Spring Feast Set Menu – Zenxin Members enjoy 15% discount!

 Zenxin has collaborated with one of Singapore’s esteemed restaurants – LingZhi Vegetarian Restaurant (by the TungLok Group) – to create a limited edition nine-course set menu named Spring Feast.

Members of Zenxin Organic Food are entitled to a 15% discount for this Spring Feast gourmet experience at LingZhi’s Vegetarian Restaurant at Liat Towers. Available exclusively from 1st March to 30th April 2014, the Spring Feast menu was created for the purist vegetarian with some of Zenxin’s freshest wholesome organic ingredients.

If you are not a member of Zenxin Organic Food, fret not as you can apply for a membership card at Zenxin Organic Shop (Blk 14, Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre, #01-25) to enjoy the 15% discount for this Spring Feast set menu. Terms and conditions apply.

Prepared by Chef Martin Foo, each meticulously crafted dish in the Spring Feast set menu allows the fresh flavours of the ingredients to shine through. His creative culinary skills allow the marriage of balanced food flavours with superb presentation despite the exclusion of onions, garlic and animal products in the dishes.

 Expect to savour stellar dishes with wonderful aromas, natural textures and fresh flavours of various ingredients without the use of artificial colouring and additives.

Our director,Mr Tai, featured in Simply Her magazine

Recently, our director, Mr Tai, was interviewed by the Lifestyle editor of Simply Her magazine, Ms Tsiao Hui. The interview was featured in the January 2014 issue of Simply Her.

In the article, Mr Tai shared his knowledge on choosing the best organic vegetables in the market including cabbages, onions, bitter gourd, ginger, cauliflower, broccoli, lady’s fingers, sweet potatoes and asparagus.
