Kee Yew is a Biotechnology graduate that has worked in Life Science research and uses that background to conduct informative classes on healthful vegetarianism and nutrition using organic ingredients available at the Zenxin Shop.

《生机饮食达人》黄其铫先生毕业于澳洲弗林德斯大学的生物科技系,后从事生物医学研究十年;曾任职于新加坡国立大学国立癌症中心及基因组研究院研究助理,钻研干细胞,由此他特别关注预防医学保健。其铫在创办《素食学院》任首席讲师,开办健康素食烹饪班、通过讲座、媒体访问等积极推广生机饮食保健意识。
